The 2012 Logson Group Porsche Championship took a step closer to being resolved at the penultimate round at Croft Circuit in North Yorkshire on 8th / 9th September. A win a piece for Boxster team-mates Richard Styrin and Gerry Taylor ensured that their season long battle for supremacy would go down to the wire at the final round at Donington next month. Meanwhile in the Production Boxster class, a double win for Steve Brown couldn't prevent rival Steve Potts from clinching the Class Championship.
In the 924 Class, former 924 Champion Mark McAleer returned for a guest appearance and secured a double victory ahead of the ever improving Simon Hawksley, but strong points finishes ensured Alistair Kirkham would remain at the head of the points standings heading into the last round.
