Oulton Park 15th August 2009Will Penrose wins the 2009 Porsche 924 Championship With a second and third in the two races at Oulton Park Will Penrose has secured the 2009 title. Taking into account the dropped scores rules Will cannot now be caught even if he fails to score at the final championship round at Anglesey in September.
