Hi all,
I'm just wondering, how do people stop their boxsters from smoking through left hand bends? does anyone run a motorsport AOS? Or an accusump? Any tips would be useful - the current solution is to run the boxster fairly low on oil (particularly at Rockingham where deene hairpin causes an issue), and I don't want to do that with a new engine!
Cheers,
Adam

Re: Motorsport AOS (Boxster)
Best person I can think of for you to contact is Kevin Eacock at EMC Motorsport in Birmingham. They have a lot of experience with Boxsters racing in Porsche Club etc. Tel 0121 328 2225

Re: Motorsport AOS (Boxster)
Have done nothing TBH, and haven't suffered. Have the early car so not sure if that makes a difference.
no deep sump
no motorsport aos - was going to when I changed it but its only for later cars 2002/3+
We tend to keep the oil pretty near the full.
I only recall two cars doing this intermittently in the past.
