Anyone know of one for sale?

Not too much in the for sale section of the site. Can lodge or harvey actually prepare and supply a 'new' car?

Thanks Jason.

Alastair Reed is selling his car http://www.racecarsdirect.com/cars/details.asp?id=16566& cat=0

He bought it in the middle of last year having used the side of my car at Mallory to shorten his own car by a couple of feet. I don't really know much about the history of this car or how good it is.

Ernie at Lodge can certainly build a 'new' car. Whether this is cost-effective will probably depend on how much you are prepared to pay and what you are looking for. For an entry level car it would probably be cheaper to but an exisitng car

The car that Alistair bought was owned by Wayne ( forgotten surname) who last used it in 2003 when I started. He only competed in a few races and then disapeared. My assumption was that it didn't move till Alistair bought it in 2004.

Cheers

Alistair is selling his car due to work commitments , and has asked me to try and sell it. The silver car you are talking about was owned and raced several times by Wayne Shaw when it was yellow, he then had it sprayed silver. we bought the car in june/july to replace the green car which had a bump at Mallory. we then had the good bits of the green car mainly the engine which was fully rebuilt (for Mallory!) by Victoria garage into the silver car as well as new brakes due to the car having sat for several months, this work and all other work has been carried out by a professional garage. The car is a good straight example and is cosmetically very tidy the car has allways been well maintained between races.
