Profile:
Aged 35, Married to Fay with two sons, Ashley (13) & Grant(11). Working in the IT industry for the last 19 years as a software developer. Always been interested in motorsport and cars in general, especially anything Porsche related.

I've done a couple of track days in my 911, and that's all I've done on track. So I'm very excited (and nervous) about racing for real. My main aim for this year is to participate in (and hopefully finish!) a few races and get a good feel for what goes on etc.

My car is still being built at the moment, partly by myself, partly by a race team located in Frinton (Avenues of Frinton) who participate in a formula Ford championship. It's been a struggle and fairly expensive but I don't regret it as at the end of it I'll know exactly what I've got.

Achievements:
None yet, but it'll be a major achievement if I make it out onto the track by mid season!
