"Lost out on the drag race to the first corner to martin, who lead for three laps (?) then i got past at the druids hairpin and we touched on the exit, and i tried out the brands rally cross track down the hill to graham hill bend. Still lead down the back straight by a whisker, only to get overtaken back by martin with a great move on my inside going into clearways. Martin lead for another lap. Then i got past with a dive around the outside of martin thru paddock hill bend - it worked, and i managed to eek out a 3 second lead after the 20 laps.
There were battles going on all the way thru the field, i was extra cautious with the some of the back markers involved in their own close racing. The motor sport news accolade of star drive put the cherry on top of what was a great weekend for me. Thanks to all." Will Disdale
