Disdale wins Geof May Memorial Race

Steve Cheetham failed to qualify in the first race due to a blown engine this left the path wide open for Will Disdale, Martin Todd and Carl Powell.

"Lost out to carl off the start, followed him for 5 laps, then out broke him into druids hairpin to take the lead, then carl and martin had a dice to the end, and i managed to pull clear. The were plenty of tyre marks on both carl's and martin's cars - so it looked like it was close." Will Disdale
