| Yes - and only 9 weeks to go! Strange though, isn't it - sometimes there are loads of cars for sale but as soon as you really need one urgently they all seem to disappear. Have you tried Will Disdale, I'm not sure what he is doing this season but he was only out a couple of times last year? |

Hi Alistair Couldn't stand the pressure in Vees eh? I did Vee last year in a Scarab Mk3 and will be doing the same this year with selected outings in the 924 series, if the car gets built in time. Andy Storer has the Vee engine at the moment for rebuild. Good luck finding a car - maybe I'll see you out on track again - but in 924's! Alan |

on the last lap of the final on Sunday at Cadwell on the downhill bit after the gooseneck when I went to sleep! 
Still kicking myself for that one. Bit of a difficult meeting for me actually, it started badly in Saturday's heat when a chap called Gethin Jones decided to try and launch himself into space by using my car to take off with. Cadwell.... I remember it well. I was running behind you pair when Geth launched himself over your car. It looked cool from where I was! He does have a reputation for being a bit wild Yeah I bought the shell from Dan - should be here tomorrow. I've got a restored 924 road car that has done 0 miles and had loads of money spent on it so I'll rob all the good bits off it and shove 'em in to the 924. I built an MR2 race car 2 years ago from scratch and so this should be a doddle See you around. Alan |

Ok Dave. Dan's sold his car now but thanks anyway. ( looks like there aren't many cakes left in the shop now ) 9 weeks to build a car from scratch ? Christ almighty, my poor dad is really going to be thrilled with that idea!

Alistair try the for sale section of the main PDA site. Mickey Klines blue car is on there (I dont know if it is sold or not). It used to go quite well, and I think still needs slight repairs after a little off at cadwell. Cheers Dan |
