Hi All,

Does anyone know when these will be available, and whether there are any major changes from 2004?

Cheers,

Tim.

The drivers briefing is usually on a Sunday in February at the Allesley Hotel, Coventry.

I would expect the regs to stay basically the same as last year, any major changes would need to have been proposed and agreed some time ago in order to allow us to implement them. There were a few unexpected changes last year, presumably made by the BRSCC as we did not have a co-ordinator. The only changes that I think are likely are to move back towards the 2003 regs, the most probable being to increase the weight limit up from 970kg (inc driver) to nearer 1000. As most cars are no-where near 1000kg anyway, this should not cause many problems (except to me - I was weighed at 996 at Brands!)
