hi all its Dave, can any one tell me the best place to buy new shels for the bottom end, (large) & has any one got a oil pump for sale, as i think thats what failed at pembrey.

hope to see you at snet but the motor is shaged its a full rebuild or if i can finde another one, a swap

Porsche Shop (http://www.porscheshop.co.uk/) have a lot of engine bits available off the shelf....but they're not cheap....

Mike McGovern breaks old Porsches...basically in his garage at home, but has an impressive number of used 924 bits. He's worth a call for the oil pump. 01942 512072

Also when I had my engine rebuilt over the winter they fitted a good 2nd hand oil pump and new bearings they may be able to help

Steve your coming down to see Gareth at the week end can you bring the tail gate with you as his car is at my pub, if you wish to stay over I have a caravan u can stay in (only the best) & we can have some beeeer, if any one wishes to come over for a beer bring a tent or a mob- home & pitch up in my paddock at the pub

No Probs I will bring a screen with me, Cant stop overnight i'm affrid as my passout is only valid for 1 day!! However up for a cheeky few at lunch time!
